Seasoned Salt or your preferred seasoning
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees while you prepare your chips. Slice your zucchini into half inch slices. I may have cut mine a little too thin, so I would say a 1/2 inch would be a little better to avoid them from sticking on the cookie sheet.
Once you have sliced your soon-to-be chips, lay them on a cookie sheet and season with seasoned salt, pepper, or your preferred seasoning.
Cook these in the oven for around two hours or until the chips have fully dried out and look crispy. Depending on the thickness of your zucchini you may only want to bake these for an hour and a half or if you cut them into inch slices, maybe closer to two and a half hours.
Easily remove the chips from the cookie sheet and let them cool for a half hour until you dive into these scrumptious little chips! These made for a great study break and snack during finals week and will definitely try these with different seasonings when I head back to school!
Before and after photos of the zucchini slices are incredible! Can’t believe a vegetable I would have turned my nose up to a few months ago could make such tasty CHIPS. Happy snacking!
